Filled zucchini
This is not a raw recepie, but a healthy vegetarian one (that can easily be turned vegan, too).
- First, cut a zucchini in two parts as seen in the picture. Take a spoon and hollow it out.
- Cut the pulp of the zucchini in tiny pieces and add some crumbled bread. Season it with pepper and spices you like. Then fill it in again.
- Top everything with cheese and put in the oven until cheese is melted.
I love this recepie, because it's so quick and easy to make. Enjoy!
Oh, and for laughs: cheers to the wonders of photoshop! (VERY important if you have such bad kitchen lightning as I do!)

Dealing with Coconuts- a youtube guide
Dealing with Coconuts- a youtube guide
Look what I got!
I recently stumbled across an Asia-market not far from home. They sell coconuts for 0.80 EUR. That's cheaper than the average supermarked, so I decided to try one. I love exotic fruit, but I'm usually very hesistant to buy them because of enviromental reasons (they don't grow here in europe and travel very far, sometimes even by plane,...) but this time my curiosity got the better of me.
And here I was, owning a coconut and having NO idea how to deal with it.
But as we all know, youtube is your friend. =)
- So at first I got the milk out like this: Clicky
- Then I opened it like this: Boom-boom , only I didn't have a knife like that, so I just hit it with my tin-opener several times. :D
-And finally: Peeling the flesh away like that: tadaa
There you go! I was so proud I decided to do a little fotoshoot, starring my freshly opened coconut and a... wicker basket? lol, I think it's pretty though!

Shopping Tip: "Vom Fass"
I stumbled across a wonderful shop called "Vom Fass" in Vienna.
It has the broadest range of fresh oils (raw ones too), vinegars and the like!
Everything is stored in closed clay pots, you get to choose a glass bottle (different sizes) and botte it up as you wish.
I've never seen such variety... for example there are about 30 different oils to choose from!

mango-cheese-salad
A quick and healthy recepy I've been eating in in a lot of variations lately. So delicious!
You need...
- leafy salad (I personally think it's best with arugula, but I didn't have any at home today)
- 1 mango
- halloumi or any other cheese
-for the dressing: in equal parts: honey, vinegar, mustard
Cut and wash salad, sprinkle with dressing. Cut up mango. If you chose hard cheese, you may dice and gently roast it in a little bit of olive oil. Don't try this with soft cheese. =)
Add the chese and flavor with fresh spices!
